2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions. We will confirm all charges before beginning any work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

5. Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Service Guarantee

We aim for customer satisfaction, but results may vary depending on the condition of the surfaces being cleaned. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains.

7. Liability

We take care in providing our services, but are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to items or surfaces

• Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
